Exterior
ladders shall use heavy duty rounded corner side rails
with integral 42" (1066.8mm) rail extensions. Steps
shall be 24" (1008mm) wide x 2" (50.8mm) deep at 12"
(304.8mm) intervals having all step fasteners enclosed
and protected to prevent tampering or vandalism. Construction
shall be 6063T-5 Aluminum, using #302 Stainless Steel
self-locking fasteners, or heliarch welds. All edges
shall be clean, smooth, burr free and rounded.
