Royalite Manufacturing’s all aluminum utility line bridge (utility bridge) provides a permanent, maintenance-free, step over solution which prevents damage caused by foot traffic to cables, cable trays, lines and ducts. Utility line bridges are available in standard and custom sizes. All aluminum utility line bridges are mitered and heliarc welded. The extruded aluminum treads are “Self-cleaning”.

Custom ladder bridges are also available for such larger applications as roof traffic over ducts, pipes, vents, equipment, or parapet walls.

Heavy-duty side rails are extruded from 6063-T5 aluminum, not less than .125" (3.175mm) wall thickness by 3" wide x 1" smooth and burr free channels. Steps are fastened using 302 stainless steel self locking fasteners or full penetration inert gas heliarc welds.

Steps are 2" x 1" (50.8 x 25.4mm) in section by 18" (457.2mm) long, extruded from 6063-T5 aluminum, serrated on the top surface, smooth and rounded on the sides and bottom. Steps carry a 1200# (544.31 kg) load without failing.

Platform is 18" (457.2mm) wide, extruded 6063-T5 aluminum, serrated on the top surface.

Roof pads are 0.125" (3.18mm) aluminum checkerplate, 6" (152.4mm) x 18" (450mm)
